Sound Incorporated is looking for an experienced sales professional that possesses an understanding of the healthcare environment.

Job Description:

Sound Incorporated is seeking an outgoing Healthcare Account manager to join our dynamic sales team.  This role will focus on selling to the subacute and acute care markets. Products you will sell include:  wired and wireless nurse call, resident wandering systems, RTLS and patient engagement systems. Your market will include hospitals, clinics, outpatient surgery centers, long term care facilities and assisted living facilities.

Key Functions:

  • Present workflow solutions to hospital/IDN leadership
  • Create/maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
  • Document all sales activities in CRM
  • Meet or exceed sales goals

  • Successful candidate will have unique mix of skills and experience in technology and healthcare
  • Knowledge of Data Networks preferred
  • Basic user of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hospital sales experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, more preferred
  • Ability to understand advanced system drawings, specifications and technical manuals and respond to RFP’s and RFI’s preferred

A competitive salary with a performance-based commission structure. Commission percentage is commensurate to sales volume. No commission cap.
